Shanks redhead is a Yonkou and captain of the Red Hair Pirates. He was the one who inspired Luffy to become a pirate. Shanks lost his left hand after helping Luffy from a sea monster attack when he was a child. Only little is known about the power of Shanks, but as might be assumed Yonkou strength is great. He was able to offset the power of Whitebeard, dubbed the world's strongest man. He also stopped the movement of other Yonkou, Kaido and withstand battering Akainu magma with relative ease. As stated Gorosei that he is one of the few people who can stop Kurohige. Shanks seems to be a swordsman. In the past he's been known to duel with Dracule Mihawk dubbed the best swordsman in the world. Although only one hand, he was still able to stop the forces of magma Akainu with his sword.
4. Father - Fullmetal Alchemist
Father is the primary antagonist in the second Fullmetal Alchemist manga and anime series. He is both the original homunculus and a living Philosopher's Stone, Van Hohenheim created from the father of the series' primary protagonists Edward and Alphonse Elric. Father remains unseen during the first part of the story. Sōsuke Aizen is a former captain of the 5th Division in the Gotei 13. Before he left the Soul Society along with his followers, Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tōsen. Former lieutenant Momo Hinamori. Saitama is the titular One-Punch Man and the strongest character in the series. So far no enemy has been able to injure him in any way and almost no enemy is even able to survive from a single earnest punch from him. A few enemies have survived punches from him, such as any human he has struck (which he was likely holding back against) and Boros, whom Saitama empathized with and held back against so as to give himself and Boros a satisfying and stimulating fight. Saitama's only power is that his body is far beyond human limits, allowing him to achieve astounding physical feats. His strength is so great that it vastly eclipses even artificial beings designed or bred specifically for superhuman combat, such as mechanical beings or the mutated warriors from the House of Evolution. Since no enemies have posed any real challenge to Saitama yet, the upper bound of his strength is likely even higher than it appears. While his power is only limited to heightened human traits - Saitama cannot fly or fire energy blasts - his superhuman abilities more than makes up for the lack of variety in his powers.
